Title says it all. The app does not work and crashes on launch. Disabling localization services makes it possible to launch the app, but renders the app useless. Needs work and patching.

I just bought this app. I live in New York where there isn’t a cloud in the sky and the app is telling me that its mostly cloudy. I checked with other apps and they indicated that it is perfectly clear
